What happens after I call?
Our Virtual assistant will gather your contact information, run your insurance benefits and set you up in the portal. The portal is where you will complete the required forms and assessments. You will receive a reminder via email 2 days prior to the appointment time.  Your appointment will be either in the portal (if virtual appointment) or you will be attending at either the NW or NE location.  Have a seat in the waiting room and your therapist will greet you at your appointment time.

What can we do for you?
We provide a gentle, research-backed approaches that help your nervous system feel safe again. We support you to get back to living a full-filling life.

What you can expect?
A collaborative and team approach with you at the center of the work we do together. Sessions are 53 to 60 minutes each, and meeting with your therapist in a private office to discuss the challenges you are specifically facing. Appointments will be scheduled out with you either at a reoccuring time or based on your scheduling needs.
