Kadean Ortiz, LPC Associate
Kadean works with individuals who struggle with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, bipolar disorders, mood disorders, adjustment concerns, and depression. She approaches counseling based on the client’s perspective rather than her own. She strongly believes in the power of resiliency and the ability to heal. She has personal insight on being a mother of an autistic child, and the demands placed on a family. She is compassionate and caring for clients and families. Her personal experiences have served as the driving force for working in mental health field. Kadean has a masters in Clinical Mental health counseling from Walden University and bachelors from Incarnate Word. She is a veteran and served in US Navy as a Chaplain allowing her to work a diverse group of individuals. Kadean has prior experience working with those who were terminally Ill and and those going through CPS issues aiding parents in becoming better equipped to reunite to their children. “No matter how bleak or menacing a situation may appear, it does not entirely own us.
