LPC Associate Supervision

Transform & Renew Counseling’s mission is to equip counselors to be able to effectively support their clients in reconciliation to God, themselves, and others.

Aimee Rhodes and Elizabeth Oldham are both LPC Supervisors. Part of the mission of Transform & Renew is the ability to equip new clinicians and ensuring they have a well rounded, holistic supervision experience.

The LPC Associate time frame is one of growth, training, equipping and learning from their supervisors so that when they are fully licensed, they are fully equipped to address the issues of their clients in their specific niche.

It is a time of asking questions, gaining support, problem solving and develop the personal confidence in one’s professional skills. Our LPC associates not only obtain their masters, but they must pass the National Counselor Exam and apply with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council boards. We complete a interview with our associates for a contractor position to ensure we are both a good fit and also that the associate has the necessary skills to work with our clients.
