Hi! I'm Glad You're Here.Kendra earned her masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UTSA and is a San Antonio native. She believes that all people go through seasons of life that are particularly difficult to navigate on their own.
Kendra uses quite a few grounding techniques and focuses on teaching you skills to use through life to improve your mental wellness and prioritizes effective communication between couples and families. She takes a truly collaborative approach and hopes that you will feel empowered to have a voice in your care. Clinical Specialties:Making a counseling appointment can be a really daunting decision and anxiety provoking; Kendra strives to be personable and help all clients feel at ease when they're in her office. A session with Kendra will likely look conversational while you get comfortable with each other. She places a lot of emphasis on things that are important to you and incorporates it in your time together. She offers faith-based counseling upon request. Kendra views her office as a place for all and is confident that the two of you can work towards achieving the goals that you have for yourself.
