Hey - It's Great to Meet You!Jessica obtaining a bachelor's degree in English from Texas A&M University, and later earned a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ.
Jessica is a empathetic, determined, and dedicated counselor with a goal to advocate for clients, help them to discover their inner strengths and values, and work with them to find their goals and what they want out of life. My biggest goal is to provide a safe space for healing and personal growth for clients of all ages in ways that work specifically for them. She is committed to building an environment of inclusive respect and value for all people, regardless of background or identity. She believes therapy is collaborative and therapy should be tailored for each individual and their needs. Drawing from evidenced-based techniques, She integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My training enables me to work with a wide range psychological concerns including anxiety and depression, relationship concerns. Jessica is supervised by Erica Hernandez, LPC-S I Work With:
