We do believe for healing to occur it is through mind, body, and spirit. We serve a variety of issues and needs to include Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Relationship Trauma, Codependency, and Grief. 

We are able to offer Spanish speaking counseling, evenings, and weekend appointments. ​

Owner, founder, and COO of Transform & Renew, PLLC.
She specializes in codependency, women's issues, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar, Christian counseling and life coaching.
Elizabeth has also authored 2 books on codependency that are available on Amazon.

Dr. Aimee Rhodes, Ed.D., MS, LPC-S, CCFT, CCTP

Chief Training and Talent Officer

Owner, founder,  and CTO of Transform & Renew, PLLC
Aimee holds a Doctoral degree in Global Training and Development.
​ Aimee specializes in childhood and relationship trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, and anxiety.  She has first hand experience working with those with chronic illness, autoimmune disorders, and knowns the unique challenges faced.
​Additionally, Aimee is a Trauma Informed Care Trainer and takes the opportunity to support organizations, businesses and non-profits to implement trauma informed care in their workplace.
