Healing in Connection

You Don’t Have to Work Through Everything Alone

Many people struggle quietly with body image, self-worth, confidence, emotional stress, comparison, identity changes, or feeling disconnected from themselves. For teens, adults, and athletes, these struggles can feel even more isolating when it seems like everyone else is managing life with ease.

Group therapy can offer a supportive space to slow down, feel understood, learn practical tools, and connect with others who may be navigating similar experiences. It is not about being forced to share before you are ready — it is about having a safe, structured space where healing and growth can happen alongside others.

At Transform & Renew Counseling, our group offerings are designed to be supportive, trauma-informed, emotionally safe, and focused on helping clients build self-trust, resilience, confidence, and a healthier relationship with themselves.

Current group offerings include adult body image support, teen body image support, and teen athlete injury recovery support.

You Don’t Need to Have Everything Figured Out Before Reaching Out

Many people hesitate to join a therapy group because they worry about opening up, feeling uncomfortable, or not knowing what to expect. You are not expected to be “good at therapy” or have the right words before getting started.

Our goal is to create emotionally safe and supportive group environments where clients can feel encouraged, respected, and less alone while learning practical tools for emotional wellness, confidence, resilience, and healing.
