Behind the Scenes:

Outside of her work, Cynthia enjoys life’s simple joys—getting lost in a great book, taking peaceful walks in nature, and trying out new restaurants with her favorite people. These moments help her recharge and bring balance to her life, just as she encourages her clients to do in their own unique ways.

Cynthia is supervised by Elizabeth Oldham, LPC-S

¡Hola! Let’s Chat

Cynthia is a compassionate Latina LPC-Associate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UTSA and a Bilingual Counseling Certificate, highlighting her commitment to accessible, culturally sensitive care. She has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including survivors of trauma and domestic violence, those experiencing homelessness, and individuals in recovery. Passionate about breaking down mental health stigmas, especially within diverse communities, Cynthia fosters a safe, respectful, and compassionate space where clients can explore, heal, and grow.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Cynthia ensures that language is never a barrier to receiving quality mental health care. Whether in-person or virtually, she creates a welcoming, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in their journey toward healing.
