Behind the Scenes:In her free time, Charlene enjoys learning new skills including jewelry making and other DIY, items. She enjoys learning about cultures and customs around the world. She is fascinated with research and spends her other time exercising and being a mom and wife.

You are in safe place.Charlene is currently pursuing her masters in Clinical Psychology at Capella University, APA accredited and has completed her Residencies in both Orlando and Anaheim. She is set to further her education with a doctoral in Clinical Psychology at Our Lady of the Lake, San Antonio. She currently holds a BA in English Literature from St. Xavier University, Chicago. She has a background in business management, fitness instruction and meditation. She currently offers wellness classes that incorporates mindfulness therapies including mindful meditation, mindful breathing, and a holistic approach to fitness therapy.
Charlene is interested in Neuropsychology in studying how the Brain affects behavior specifically in children, trauma victims and aging adults. She enjoys advancing her skills in Autism and Behavioral Health. She is fond of working with people of all ages while catering to a broad range of backgrounds.
